Minimal Intervention
Food should be as close to its natural state as possible. Our ghee is hand-churned, our honey is wild-harvested, and our sweeteners are unrefined—because interference is not an improvement.
Kshetra Veda
From Soil
Our ghee begins in fields where Gir and indigenous cows graze on monsoon-fed grasses. The calves drink first. What remains becomes ours—and yours.
From Forest
In partnership with tribal honey gatherers of the Western Ghats, we harvest only the surplus. The bees are untouched. The forest, unharmed. The honey, alive.
From Cane
Khandsari, simmered in open-iron pans. No bleaching. No shortcuts. Just cane, fire, and time—golden crystals that remember the field they came from.
Our Mission
"To bring back food that is rooted in Indian land, traditions, and wisdom—without compromising on purity, process, or integrity."
What We Stand For
Guided by values that honor both tradition and integrity.
Food should be as close to its natural state as possible. Our ghee is hand-churned, our honey is wild-harvested, and our sweeteners are unrefined—because interference is not an improvement.
We refuse to compromise quality for growth. If a traditional method takes longer or costs more, we choose it. The integrity of the product matters more than the bottom line.
Kshetra Veda speaks with calm authority. We let the product, the process, and the story speak for themselves. Communication is honest, grounded, and free from exaggeration.
We honour the wisdom of our ancestors while understanding the needs of contemporary consumers. The soul of what we do is timeless; how we present it is considered and clear.
At the Source
From the pastures of Gujarat where our Gir cows roam freely, to the deep forests of central India where wild honey is gathered—everything we make can be traced back to its source. We believe you have a right to know where your food comes from.
"From the soil to your soul—this is not just a tagline. It is a promise that every product we create carries the energy of the earth and the care of human hands."
